We collect most of your wedding details during checkout — like guest names, table assignments, and design preferences — so you can skip the back-and-forth and get straight to the fun part.

Once your order is placed:

1. We’ll review all submitted details. If anything is missing or unclear, we’ll reach out to confirm.
2. A digital proof will be emailed to you within 2–5 business days for your review.
3. You’ll have the opportunity to request edits until everything feels perfect.
4. Once approved, we’ll send your sign to print and handle the rest.

✨ Important: If we don’t hear back from you within 3 business days of sending your proof, we’ll consider the proof approved and move forward with production as-is. This helps ensure your order is completed on time.
