At Gathurr, we aim to provide efficient and reliable shipping for all our personalized products. Below is our standard shipping policy.

Shipping Times

• Order Review: We'll review your order details to ensure everything is perfect.
• Design Mockups: For personalized signs, we'll send over mockups of your design within a week of you ordering your sign(s)
• Review Period: You’ll have 3 days to review the mockups and provide any feedback or changes.
• Production: If we don’t hear back within 3 days, we’ll proceed with production.
• Shipping: Once produced, orders are shipped and typically delivered within 7-14 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping Rates

• International Shipping: Rates vary based on the destination and will be calculated at checkout.
• Free Shipping: Free domestic shipping for orders over $600.

Order Tracking Upon shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to track your order's progress.

Delays and Issues While we strive to meet our shipping times, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., customs, shipping carrier delays). If you experience significant delays, please contact us for assistance.

Shipping Restrictions Currently, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Additionally, some international destinations may be restricted due to shipping regulations.
