For wedding professionals

Keepsake plaques for your couples, with your logo on every one.

A 5x7 plaque with your couple's photo, their names, their wedding date, and your branding. You order them, we make them and ship the batch to you, and you hand them over however fits the way you welcome your clients.

No minimums, no setup fees, no contract.

A 5x7 planner plaque on a wooden easel, showing a couple's photo, their names and wedding date, with the planner's logo along the bottom
Your logo sits along the bottom. Everything above it belongs to the couple.

Most client gifts get used up.

Candles burn down. Robes get packed away. The tumbler does its job and then it is just a tumbler.

You put real thought into what you give them, and it is often the part of working with you a couple remembers most warmly. It just tends to be gone by the time the wedding is.

Something that stays out on the shelf

A plaque with the couple's own faces on it, their names, their date, and your logo along the bottom. It goes out at the start, and it is still there long after the day is over.

01

It stays out, and your name stays with it

Not burned down, not packed away in a drawer. It sits on a shelf with their own photo on it, and your studio's name is part of the piece rather than a sticker on the box.

02

It answers the question for them

When friends ask who they worked with, the couple doesn't have to dig back through emails for your name. It is already sitting in the room.

03

Give it whenever it fits your process

Some vendors put it in the welcome box, so it is the first thing a couple holds. Others save it for the end, when there are wedding photos to use and the day is still fresh. It reads as considered either way.

04

It doesn't need a bigger budget

It costs less than most of what goes into a welcome box, and there are no minimums, so you can start with one couple and see how it lands.

Planners across Florida, Michigan and Southern California already order these for their couples. Photographers, venues and florists fit the same way.

How it works

  1. 01

    Send us your couples

Add your logo once for the batch, then for each plaque add the couple's names, their wedding date, and a photo of them. Ordered before? Reuse the logo from your last batch instead.

  2. 02

We design and produce the batch

Every plaque is laid out by hand and produced together, so the whole set looks consistent across your couples.

  3. 03

    The batch ships to you

Plaques arrive to you, not to your couples, ready for welcome boxes, client gifts, or handing over on the day.

Questions we get asked

How long does a batch take?

7 to 10 days from when you place the order. Add a day or two if you've asked to see proofs first.

What if the couple's photo isn't great?

Send whatever you have. We'll tell you honestly if a photo won't hold up at this size before anything is printed, and it's usually easy to ask the couple for a better one at that stage.

How do vendors usually handle the cost?

However suits you. Most fold it into their package so it simply arrives as part of working with them. Others bill it as a gifting add-on. You pay $32 a plaque, and how you handle it with your clients is your call.

Whose branding is on them?

Yours, and only yours. There is no gathurr logo anywhere on the plaque. It is your studio's piece, made by us for you.

What if a date changes or a couple cancels?

Before it prints, just tell us and we'll change it. Once a plaque is printed with a date on it, it's printed, so if a couple is wobbly it's worth holding that one back until things settle.

Is there a minimum, or a contract?

Neither. Order one, order twelve, order once a year. Shipping is $8 flat and free at five or more, which is the only reason to batch them at all.

Not ready to order? Start with a complimentary sample.

Most people want to hold one before they put it in front of a client. What arrives is a stock piece: a made-up couple, a made-up wedding date, and a placeholder showing where your logo would sit. It is made for your hands, not to pass on to a couple. Tell us where to send it.

No cost and no obligation. We make these in batches, so yours ships as it is, with nothing personalized. If it isn't right for your couples, that's a perfectly good answer.
