Made-to-order products
Every Gathurr sign is produced to your specifications — your names, your date, your design choices. Because of this, personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind. This exclusion is standard for custom goods, including under the EU’s 14-day cooling-off rules, which exempt items made to the consumer’s specifications.
Proof approval
Where a design proof is provided, please review it carefully — spelling, dates, names, and layout. Approved proofs are printed exactly as approved, and errors present in an approved proof are not considered defects.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders
Inspect your order when it arrives. If an item arrives damaged, has a production defect, or isn’t what you ordered, contact us at simratsingh@gathurr.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. Once verified, we’ll make it right with a replacement at no cost, or a full refund including shipping if a replacement can’t reach you in time. Weddings have hard dates — flag issues early and we’ll prioritize accordingly.
Digital products
Planning tools, digital design suites, and downloads are delivered instantly and are final sale. If you have any trouble accessing your files, contact us and we’ll get you your purchase — that’s never in question.
Order changes & cancellations
Contact us within 24 hours of ordering (or before production begins, whichever is sooner) and we’ll do our best to change or cancel. Once a custom piece is in production, we can no longer cancel it.
Refund processing
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, typically within 10 business days of approval.
