The planning suite your couples open with your name on it.
A complete set of wedding planning tools, personalized to each couple with their names and wedding date throughout, and delivered under your branding. You send us the couple, we build their suite, and they plan their whole wedding inside something that feels like part of working with you.
Ordered two couples at a time. No contract, no setup fees.
Your couples are already planning. Just not with you.
They sign with you, and then the spreadsheet comes from Etsy, the checklist from Pinterest, and the budget tracker from a template a friend swears by. None of it looks like your studio, and none of it feels like the experience they hired.
The months of planning are the longest part of working together, and most planners hand that whole stretch to other people's tools.
Planning tools that feel like part of your service
A full planning suite with the couple's names and wedding date running through every page, and your branding on all of it, delivered when they sign. From that day on, the planning itself happens inside something with your name on it.
Your brand, every day of their planning
A couple opens their planner dozens of times between signing and the wedding. Every one of those opens is your studio, not a template shop. By the time the day arrives, your name is woven through the whole journey.
Personalized to them, not printable-generic
Their names and their date run through every tool, and the countdowns and checklists are computed to their actual timeline. It reads as made for them, because it is. No couple mistakes it for something they could have downloaded.
Zero work on your side
You send two things: names and a wedding date. We build the suite, personalize every piece, and hand it back ready to deliver. Your logo stays on file after the first order, so every couple after that is a one-line email.
It raises the package, not your workload
Fold it into your fee or present it as a signing gift. Either way it is one more thing a couple can point to when someone asks what working with you was like, and it costs less than most welcome-box items.
Planning companies already deliver these under their own branding, for weddings booked through 2027. Each suite is licensed to one couple and one date, so every copy is built fresh.
How it works
-
01
Pick the suite, send your couples
Choose the Blueprint or the full Vault, add your logo once, then give us each couple's names and wedding date. That is genuinely all we need.
-
02
We build each couple their own
Names and date throughout, your branding on every piece, and a license naming that couple alone. Every suite is built fresh, never copied forward.
-
03
You deliver it as yours
The finished suite comes to you as a branded access guide with every tool linked, ready to land in your couple's inbox as part of your welcome.

$55 per couple
The complete suite: four digital planners from budget to day-of, a full Google Sheets planning system with live dashboards and trackers, and every checklist a couple could need, 470+ pages in all.
See the couple-facing versionThose links show our couple-facing versions. Yours carry your branding instead. Suites are ordered two couples at a time; the second can be banked for whenever your next couple signs.
Set up your couples
Suites are ordered two couples at a time. Fill both in now, or bank the second and send us that couple's details whenever they sign.
This goes on every piece of both suites.
Suites are digital, so there is nothing to ship. We'll confirm each couple's details before we build.
Questions we get asked
How fast does a couple get their suite?
Usually within two to three days of you sending their details. If you have a signing meeting coming up and want it in hand for that, tell us and we will work to your date.
Why two at a time?
Partner pricing is meant for working planners rather than one-off shoppers, and pairs are what keep it that way. If you only have one couple right now, bank the second slot and send their names whenever they sign. It does not expire.
Whose branding is on it?
Yours, and only yours. The license inside names your company, and the couple experiences the whole thing as part of working with you. Gathurr stays behind the curtain.
Can a couple share it with the next couple?
Each suite is licensed to one couple and one wedding date, and the personalization runs deep enough that it would not work for anyone else anyway. That is by design: every couple you bring on gets something built for them.
How do planners usually handle the cost?
However suits you. Most fold it into their planning fee so the suite simply arrives as part of the experience. Others present it as a signing gift. You pay the partner price per couple, and how you frame it with your clients is your call.
What if my couple's date changes?
Tell us and we will rebuild the date-driven pieces for the new timeline. Dates move all the time; it is part of the service, not an extra.
Questions before your first pair?
If you'd rather talk it through first, tell us a little about how you work and we'll come back with exactly how the suites would fit.
