Gathurr Design Studio is our personalized design experience for couples who want every piece of the day to feel considered, from the welcome sign to the last place card. Together, we'll explore your inspiration, develop one cohesive visual direction, and design your wedding signage and day-of stationery around it: welcome signs, seating charts, menus, drinks signs, table numbers, programs, place cards and the small details in between.
Every piece is customized to your day and produced in a mix of materials chosen for the design and the venue: acrylic, gold mirror, gatorboard, fabric and printed stationery.
You'll have a dedicated creative partner to help make sense of the details, guide the design decisions, and bring everything together beautifully.

A few things you might be wondering.
Do I need to have a clear wedding vision before reaching out?
Absolutely not. Some couples arrive with detailed Pinterest boards, while others have a few favorite colors or an overall feeling in mind. Our discovery process is designed to help you develop that direction together.
What if I already have a wedding planner?
Wonderful. Your planner runs the day and we design how it looks. We're glad to work alongside them on timing, quantities and delivery so everything arrives in the right hands.
Can you work with the inspiration I've already collected?
Yes, and please bring all of it: Pinterest boards, venue photos, swatches, screenshots, invitation samples. What you've already ruled out is just as useful, because it tells us where not to take the design.
How much does Design Studio cost?
Every Studio project is scoped to your wedding, so there's no set package or sign count: the number of pieces, their sizes and materials shape the investment. Share your range in the inquiry form and we'll recommend the right approach, with a clear scope and quote after our first conversation, before you commit to anything.
Am I committing to anything by submitting the form?
No. The form is an introduction. We'll read it, reply within a few business days, and talk through whether Design Studio is the right fit for your wedding. There's no fee and no obligation at that stage.
Will I receive physical wedding signs?
Yes. Design Studio ends with finished pieces, not design files. Every sign is designed to your direction, proofed with you before it prints, produced on premium materials and delivered to your door. Once a proof is approved, pieces ship within two weeks.
How is this different from the Black Tie Signage Package?
Black Tie is our streamlined package: the four essential wedding signs, one custom direction, $450. Design Studio is a personalized design experience developed around your whole celebration, with a custom scope of pieces. If you want several concepts, a crest or monogram, illustration, or signage beyond the core four, this is the right place.
