For wedding professionals

Welcome plaques for your couples, with your logo on every one.

A 5x7 plaque with your couple's photo, their names, their wedding date, and your branding. You order them, we make them and ship the batch to you, and you hand them over however fits the way you welcome your clients.

No minimums, no setup fees, no contract.

A 5x7 planner plaque on a wooden easel, showing a couple's photo, their names and wedding date, with the planner's logo along the bottom
Your logo sits along the bottom. Everything above it belongs to the couple.

Most welcome gifts don't outlast the wedding.

The candle gets burned. The robe gets worn once. The tumbler ends up at the back of a cupboard.

You spend real money making a couple feel looked after at the very start, and by the time they're the ones recommending you to their friends, there's usually nothing left in the room with your name on it.

Something that stays out on the shelf

A plaque with the couple's own faces on it, their names, their date, and your logo along the bottom. It goes out at the start, and it is still there long after the day is over.

01

Your logo stays in their home

It doesn't get burned, worn or drunk. It goes on a shelf with their own faces on it, and your name is quietly on it every time someone looks.

02

It gives referrals something to point at

People ask about the things they can see. When a couple is asked who they worked with, the answer is already sitting in the room.

03

It lands at the start, not the end

A welcome gift is the first tangible thing a couple holds after they book you. Opening one with their own photo already on it sets the tone for everything after.

04

It fits what you already spend

At $32 with no minimums, it sits comfortably inside a normal client-gift budget, and it outlasts nearly everything else you could put in the box.

Planners across Florida, Michigan and Southern California already keep these in their client welcome boxes. Photographers, venues and florists fit the same way.

How it works

  1. 01

    Send us your couples

Add your logo once for the batch, then for each plaque add the couple's names, their wedding date, and a photo of them. Ordered before? Reuse the logo from your last batch instead.

  2. 02

We design and produce the batch

Every plaque is laid out by hand and produced together, so the whole set looks consistent across your couples.

  3. 03

    The batch ships to you

Plaques arrive to you, not to your couples, ready for welcome boxes, client gifts, or handing over on the day.

Questions we get asked

How long does a batch take?

7 to 10 days from when you place the order. Add a day or two if you've asked to see proofs first.

What if the couple's photo isn't great?

Send whatever you have. We'll tell you honestly if a photo won't hold up at this size before anything is printed, and it's usually easy to ask the couple for a better one at that stage.

Can I charge my clients for these?

However you like. Most vendors fold the cost into their package, so the couple never sees it as a separate charge and the plaque simply arrives as part of working with you. Others bill it through as a gifting add-on. You pay $32 a plaque; what happens after that is between you and your client.

Whose branding is on them?

Yours, and only yours. There is no gathurr logo on the plaque. As far as your couple is concerned, this came from you.

What if a date changes or a couple cancels?

Before it prints, just tell us and we'll change it. Once a plaque is printed with a date on it, it's printed, so if a couple is wobbly it's worth holding that one back until things settle.

Is there a minimum, or a contract?

Neither. Order one, order twelve, order once a year. Shipping is $8 flat and free at five or more, which is the only reason to batch them at all.

Not ready to order? Start with one.

Most people want to hold one before they put it in front of a client. Tell us where to send it and we will get a sample out to you.

No cost and no obligation. If it isn't right for your couples, that's a perfectly good answer.
