When to book
Book once you have your venue, overall aesthetic, and general guest count direction. Earlier booking gives more time for proofing and production planning.
Black Tie vs. Design Studio
Black Tie is the streamlined package for the four signs most couples need. Design Studio is better for broader signage plans, additional custom pieces, and a more expansive scope.

How custom is Black Tie?
The design is custom. You share the collection you gravitate toward, your colors and your overall aesthetic; we interpret them into one cohesive design direction for the suite, then refine color, typography, wording, spacing, layout and styling details with you across two consolidated revision rounds. What makes it $450 is the package: four pieces, standard formats and materials, one direction, two rounds. Design Studio is custom design with a custom scope.
What happens after I pay?
Your order confirmation includes a link to the Black Tie Design Intake, a three to four minute form about the collection you gravitate toward, your colors, your overall aesthetic and any extra inspiration. Design starts once it is in, and your first coordinated proof set follows about two weeks later.
Can I change colors, fonts, or layout?
Yes, within the direction. Revisions can refine color, typography, wording, spacing, layout and styling details. A request for an entirely new concept or an unusual structure is Design Studio work, and we will say so early.
Can I upgrade the material or add signs?
Yes. The four pieces come on Gatorboard, white or colored. 24 × 36 acrylic is +$65 per large sign and gold mirror acrylic +$110 per large sign. Menus, table numbers, ceremony signage, bar signage, guestbook signs, memorial signs, Fabric Signs, Double Signs and additional large-format pieces are added to your quote individually, designed to the same direction, after booking and charged separately.
What if my guest list isn't ready?
Book anyway. The seating chart is the last piece we finalize, so we design your welcome sign, your two tabletop signs and the layout and style of the chart first, then place the names and tables once your list is final. Booking sooner gives the design more room and holds your place in the calendar.
What if my wedding is less than 8 weeks away?
Ask us first. Plan for about six to eight weeks from booking to delivery. Shorter timelines are sometimes possible depending on the season and the scope, and we will tell you plainly what we can do before you book. The booking form pauses on dates inside eight weeks and points you to us instead.
More questions
How many revisions are included?
Two consolidated rounds. Gather everyone's notes into one list per round and we work through them together. Further rounds are quoted separately.
Can I add Fabric or Double Signs?
Yes, as add-ons. Fabric Signs and Double Signs are specialty formats, so they are quoted separately and are not part of the $450 base package. Mention them in your Design Intake and we include them in your quote.
What if I have more than 120 guests?
The seating chart in the package is a standard layout for up to 120 guests. Larger guest lists usually need a different layout or a second panel, which we price before design starts. Tell us your count in the Design Intake and we will come back with options.
Can my planner be the approver?
Yes. Name your planner in the Design Intake and we can send proofs to them, copy you, and take sign-off from whoever you choose.
What is the difference between Black Tie and Design Studio?
Both are custom design. Black Tie is a defined package: one aesthetic brief, one interpreted direction, a fixed core suite, standard size and material tiers, and two revision rounds, for $450. Design Studio is a custom scope: full creative discovery, moodboarding, bespoke art direction, and typography, materials and structures developed from the ground up, from $2,000.
If you want several concepts to choose from, a custom crest or monogram, custom illustration, or a broader visual system across more pieces, Design Studio is the right fit.
