Acrylic: 1/4 inch clear or white cast acrylic. Laser-cut edges, satin or gloss finish available.
Gatorboard: 3/16 inch gatorfoam, lightweight with a rigid surface. Ideal for leaner stands and floor signs. Rigid but not freestanding, so pair it with an easel or a brace.
Flat Print: our alternative to a regular paper poster, and a clear step up from it. A thick, smooth, matte sheet with the color printed into the surface, so it resists scratches without glare and nothing shows through from behind. Lays flat and holds its shape, will not curl, crease, or tear.
Gold Mirror Acrylic: 1/4 inch mirror acrylic with a warm gold tint. Striking in natural and artificial light.
Mirror Decal: Self-adhesive mirror vinyl. Apply to any smooth surface, including mirrors, windows and walls.
Fabric: A luxuriously soft, bright white blend with a graceful drape and a gentle sheen. The lettering is dyed into the fabric, so it stays crisp and never cracks or peels, and a 2 inch pole pocket along the top edge fits a 1 inch rod.

This finish is the lightest we offer. A flat print weighs very little and lays flat on its own once it arrives, ready to frame or mount to a board; a mirror decal is essentially weightless, since it is the lettering itself applied to a surface you already have.
No, and this is worth knowing before the day: none of our signs are freestanding, whatever the material. Every sign needs something holding it.
Acrylic, gold mirror and gatorboard sit on an easel or a pedestal block, or lean against a wall with something gripping the base. Gatorboard is the lightest of the three, which makes it the easiest to stand, but it still needs that support behind it.

Fabric hangs rather than stands: slide a 1 inch rod through the pole pocket along the top and hang it from a backdrop frame, banner stand or arch.

A mirror decal is applied directly to the surface you already have, whether that is a rented mirror, a thrifted one, or a window. Clean the surface first, apply slowly from one edge, and smooth as you go.

This is where most errors get caught: a misspelled surname, a date typed as the wrong year, a guest missing from a seating chart. It is worth reading your proof slowly and out loud. Reply within 3 days with any changes. If we don't hear back, we print it as shown so your signs arrive in time.
Production begins once your proof is approved, or 3 days after we send it if we haven't heard back, so the clock starts there rather than at checkout. Proofs go out within 3 business days of your order, orders ship within 2 weeks of approval, and US delivery typically takes 2 to 7 business days.
Our guidance: order earlier than feels necessary. Signs that depend on final numbers, like seating charts, should wait for your RSVPs, but everything else is better handled while you still have room to breathe.
Yes. The names, dates and details are yours to set when you order, and you can choose from twenty colors for the design and either black or white for the text. Fabric signs are printed on white fabric, with the lettering in any color.
If you need something further from the original, such as a different layout, a wording change the fields do not cover, or a fully custom piece, our Design Studio handles that from a blank page.
